This includes removing fragile items, valuables, small personal possessions, and any items that could be damaged during access or cleaning. Where furniture moving has not been agreed, we may clean around fixed or heavy objects only. If we agree to move items, this will be done at your risk unless damage is caused by our negligence.

We may refuse to clean items or areas that are excessively soiled, infested, contaminated, water-damaged, structurally unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for standard cleaning processes. 3. Payments

We may use cleaning products, absorbents, stain removers, and other materials that are commercially appropriate for the task. You acknowledge that some products may leave a mild odour during drying or may require ventilation. Where specialist disposal is needed for contaminated materials, biohazards, bodily fluids, or chemical residues, we may refuse the work, apply an additional charge, or require the customer to arrange suitable waste handling in advance.

Claims relating to issues that arise after the cleaning has been completed must be supported by evidence that the issue was caused by our work rather than by later use or external factors.

Any complaint will be handled fairly and within a reasonable time. The aim is to resolve matters professionally and without unnecessary delay. Nothing in this section prevents the customer from exercising rights available under consumer legislation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If legal proceedings are required, the parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
